Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
Margaret came from a small Island in the Caribbean, Grenada. She had a great interest in the fruits and vegetables on the Island. She made Jelly, Jams, Cheese, and Ice Cream from some of the fruits on the Island. Such as, Mango, Guava, Passion Fruits, Plum, Damsel, and Sorrel (Hibiscus). As a teenager, she learn how to make wine with her father, from those same fruits. As a result, she and her father made wine every summer from 1983. Although, Margaret migrated to the USA, she continue making her wine and she wants all the people in American and world to taste her wine.
Our Story
We have a team of two persons for now. Our Wines are made naturally with no Chemical or artificial coloring. We prepared the fruits and vegetable and set it for fermentations. We allow the fermentation to take place for at least 90 days. We have our wine tasting in different areas in Brooklyn, New York and Baltimore, Maryland.
We are still on our journey to success and thieve for perfection for our customers.
