It is our number one priority in ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchases from Palemoonlight Wine. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return any products within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
Before sending any products back to us, please make sure that all of the following conditions have been met as per our return policy.
The product you wish to return:
must be sent in its original packaging;
must be sealed effectively to allow for return shipping without compromising the content;
must be shipped back to our warehouse within fourteen (14) days of the date of delivery;
must be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time; and
bottles of wine must contain at least half of their content and be sealed effectively utilizing the original cork.
Returns will fall into one of two categories as outlined below:
In case of products of which the quality has been compromised and if all of the above conditions are satisfied, we will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, with the exception of any original shipping costs.
In case of dissatisfaction with the product of which the quality is uncompromised and if all of the above conditions are satisfied, Pale Moonlight Wine will offer a suitable replacement within the same price group.
We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above.
Refunds are processed within approximately five (5) business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to you via the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees.
If you paid by PayPal (where available), refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately. The date of reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card. We offer no refunds on any products designated on this site as non-returnable.
